Ok.. So I have done research.. I know a tarantula can breed at 60 - 75% at her mature size..

I just want to know if anyone would attempt breeding at this size.. I have not got any MM yet so I cant breed.. But all the sp. that I am about to list are fresh from a molt..

Anyways..

I have a female B. smithi.. She is 4.5" - 4.75".. She could be close to 5" I cant get a good measurement off her because she is evil..

Would you breed her? Or do you think she is still to small?

Also.. I got a female P. irminia.. She is 4.5" - 4.75".. Again this one is fresh from a molt to..

Would you breed her? Or do think she is to small as well?
I got a buddy with a MM if you think she is good to go..

Again.. I know they CAN breed 60 - 75% of their mature size.. I just want to know if any of you would try.. Or do you think it is to risky?

Also.. I kinda need to look for a MM A. avic. so I can breed my almost 5" female.. :D

*Edit* Oh... Cant forget this one.. I am about to be getting a MF C. darlingi.. That I get to attempt to breed to.. :D

Oh come on.. Someone has to have an opinion...

Would you personally breed them? Or not?

I would and I did, she is currently holding onto a very nice sac. So go for it and good luck.

I'd say give it a shot. If she's not ready, just be prepared in case of any aggression towards either party. Good luck!

I think both sound big enough to breed. I have had better luck with young females than with bigger older ones sometimes.
