Worms in Discoid colony?

I started a small discoid colony and when I checked on them today I found small worm like creatures. Any one else ever see this?

If they are larvae/maggots of phorid flies you can prevent them by removing the dead roaches in the colony. You would likely see the adult flies around, just slightly larger than fruit flies and with their unsual jumpy/pulse-like movements.
