'Worm with a mouth' Help please.

Sounds like a blind snake to me. Show up in potted plants all the time. If yours is all black it's probably a Brahminy Blindsnake. Look up Typhlops brahminus and see if it matches.

Yeah, the pictures that I came upon on google are the exact snake/worm replica I found in my scorpions terrarium.

Is it something to worry about? How big do they get?

Nothing to worry about. Blind snakes eat ants and their pupae. Not a threat at all to your scorp. They don't get big enough to hurt anything other than ants.

So these can actually help my scorpions by eating the mites and tiny baby crickets that make noise but cannot be found.

Don't think they eat anything other than ants. They're not insect eaters but ant eaters solely.
