Wooo Hoooo Shedding coming really soon

My Brazilian boa should be about to shed any day now I can't wait to see how beautiful he/she is gonna look with the new birthday suit colors...!!!!!

After this first shed and the one that comes after I'll be able to start knowing estimated times about when he/she'll shed.

Also I'm going to use the number of mice I feed him between sheds also to estimate the next one..

So far using mice; since I got him he has eaten two mice per feeding except his last feeding when he only ate one...So thats a total of 5/6 mice. a month.

Few snakes come out of a shed looking as MAGNIFICENT as a nice rainbow.

looks like you still got about 4 days to go my general rule is 2-3 days after the eyes clear Make sur you keep up the humidity to avoid a bad shed

four days? Alright thanks for the heads up so at least I'll know when it might becoming exactly.

And yes I always keep the humidity up.

I spray him and the inside of the tank down (I use cypress mulch) at least three times a day and there is a humidifier ALWAYS running to keep it humid in there.

Don't worry I'm on the case!!!! LoL!

Sometimes I fill my tub up with warm water and I put the snakes in there so they completely soak them selves.
