Woohooo!!! H. mac molted!

Hi all.

My adorable little H. mac sling just molted. A few hours ago I looked in and s/he was out in the front of the cage lying in "pokie pose" on his/her back in a web hammock. Just checked again! Beautiful new spider! Wow, I needed some good news this week.

Well, I can't tell. Looks huge though compared to what it was. It was about an inch before. It had gotten so dark and fat, I knew it was about to molt, but it was still munching fruit flies last night! lol Spiderlings are amazing.

I know, but that was right after I got it, and it would stay on the walls. Now, it just darts into burrow at the first chance.

They seem to do that alot, LOL!!! For all the trouble new H. mac owners seem to go through, I hear the reward is spectacular!!!!
