Wolf spider molt

So I see a lot of info on how long I should wait to feed my freshly molted tarantula (10 days or so) but how long should I wait to feed my wolf spider?, her abdomen was huge right before her molt now it looks like she’s hungry

Lycosa, Hogna, etc. harden faster after molting than adult tarantulas. After two to three days, feeding should be possible without any problems. With wolf spiders I sometimes still have food in the enclosure while they are molting, it was never a problem - but it's also not desirable!
