hey there, just caught this darling wolf and one just like it, can anyone id them for me?

It looks like a Carolina Wolf Spider. I don't have my book handy so I can't give you the scientific name until I get home. (someone here probably will have it posted before I get home :D )

Wow! I figured someone would already have the scientific name posted by now.
Anyway John, according to my book it is Geolycosa missouriensis

Judging by the picture, it looks like either a Geolycosa missouriensis or a Hogna carolinensis. A better picture of the top side of the abdomen and cephalothorax would help identify it.
