You are absolutely right! Three years ago I kept one of the babies for myself and the juvie is now about 3ft long and is really stunning. The most beautiful snake I have ever seen! (One's own children are always the most beautiful anywayThat young'un is going to grow up to be one nice-looking snake! Most Corns don't show that much color at so young an age; the babies I've found around here are pretty much two-tone brown, with a little hint of orange on their bellies, and you can see from my threat, "A Pleasant Surprise", what THEY grow into, so this little one should be a real "screamer" as an adult.
