Winter Spiders

I hate the winter with a passion, but through some luck I found two spiders this week indoors. Been trying to ID them but have to take some time with the dissecting scope since they are tiny! Anyway, thought I'd post a pic or two. Both are only 4-5 mm in body length. I think the first one is a Linyphiidae possibly, second one I have no clue as of yet.



I also found a Parson's Spider a few weeks back on the kitchen floor, so cool!
I tried to keep it but it was in bad shape, I think the drastic changes in temp were too much.

The second one appears to be a Tegenaria sp., thought it doesnt look much like any of the Tegenaria i have found.

Well I tried to key out the second one, but its hard because its immature. However, its sternum is an exact match to that of genus Tegeneria, though it seems to lack a few features common to the family, but perhaps that is only due to its age.
