My year+ spiderling hasn't molted in a few months and I'm really curious if any of you have any ideas why. I live in Utah so the weather is really bipolar, especially during the Spring, and she is a Grammostela Rosea (I don't know the gender but I hope it's female so I call it a she) do you guys got any ideas?

This is normal for tarantulas. They can go long times between molts.

In ~25 years from now, if your spider is still alive, she might take > 5 years between molts. This has happened for one of my elderly Grammostola females.
At 1+ years old, the intermolt period will probably be less than a year, but more than a few months.
Console yourself that she is happy in her skin 🌈

Sit back relax and enjoy your tarantula! It shouldn’t be of an concern when it does or does not molt! It will molt when it’s ready, likely not before that.

My G Pulchripes took two years in between molts so just be patient and your tarantula will molt when it is ready.

Because it's a slow growing species.

Could be worse, my 2 and a half year old A. bicoloratum which is still under an inch just went 10 months between moults.
