I've had 2 GBB's since getting into the hobby a while back. The sling died, and the second was a lucky acquisition. A co-worker wanted a T, and asked me to help select one at a local reptile show. After keeping it for about a week, his son was having nightmares about the T in the house, so he asked me if I wanted it.
When he bought it, it was a $60 unsexed juvie. It's molted twice since in my care, and the molt this last week gave me a beautiful exuvium. And, lo and behold, it's a girl! Whoo hoo! Bonus!!
So I'm super excited. Now that I know the trick to stretching out the exuvium (2 hours in a cup of water with 3-4 tablespoons of soap), I'm feeling pretty good about sexing my T's.
