I had an orange one, and found it similar to the normal ones. Although, my coworker had one too and found it tasted sweeter.

you should check out crayfish, there's quite a variety of them, too. Best of all, you can keep them in a freshwater setup. I'm thinking of keeping an apricot crayfish eventually; I've kept Cherax quadricarinatus before and they were awesome.

I thought the yellow and calico lobster were pretty odd! By me there is an aquarium with an orange, blue, and purple lobster. People think the orange lobster was a hoax (dead cooked lobster) until it moved.
