K, I recently went to the petstore and as always, I do a scan of the store. Mostly out of curiousity.

However, like a week ago I was went to the petstore because I needed to get more crickets and I was checking the beta section out....and OMG! I saw the most beautiful, breathtaking creature ever! It was the most gorgeous beta I've ever seen sold in a petstore, by FAR!

I love it, its in my room right now! Just looking at it makes me happy. Its so nice! Here's some slightly blurry pictures, hard to take because it keeps moving around and i couldn't get much lighting in.

I'll get better pictures. Anyone got pictures of their beta??

I don't have any pictures, its been awhile since I have had a betta, but they are great fish. That crowntail you have is really pretty.

I got one of those right now. I thought it was a female in the beginning.

You guys should check out tri color half moons. I've seen some that cost over $200!

Btw I spelled Betta wrong lmao!
I entered the thread specifically to mention that I thought the beta fish would soon be obsolete and replaced by the superior VHS fish.

Ya know, it won't be too long before that joke would not make any sense at all to anyone under say, 30 years old or so.

I have 45 and I'm much to lazy to post them all. But here's a few of my better photographs of them:

I love the natural strains of betta but unfortunetly they are hard to find and are expensive, along with black bettas.
