White with black Spider ID help requested.

Hello!

For the second time in 2 weeks I've come across a new front yard spider.

My Audubon book doesn't show this one so I hope someone can tell me what it is. The body is 9mm wide.

All I know is that it's some kind of Crab Spider (Thomisidae) I've never seen one like that before though.

the Audoboan doesnt give enough pages to spiders.. they should have a spiders and other arachnids only audobon.Misumena vatia color morph?

Thanks for the 'crab spider' ID. I read how they work and went outside to look again. It had not made a web.

The bee was still wiggling but soon it was still. The on-line sites say this spider can change color to match the foliage (up to a point).
