there's this white spot at the bottom of the coco peat and i think its mold. I thought at first maybe its just condensation but its not. I watch videos saying you should spray some water in bc the centi likes it? should i leave it or change the soil?

You can change it but a little bit would not hurt anything. If you want, you can also add springtails

No. Since the scentipede is a carnivore, it won’t eat mold. I think springtails are the only bugs that eat mold. I would get some or just get more substrate

I would either remove the mold, change the substrate or mix the substrate and also add springtails regardless of what you do. Centipedes won't eat fungi (to my knowledge), but it can still foul up the container its kept in. Would you want to breathe mold all day for the rest of your life? I know I wouldn't want to..
