Which roach species do I have?

Last year I had ordered a few "blaberus giganteus" nymphs, and all have became adults. Trouble is, I have many different looking roaches. (all came in the same shipment) So PLEASE tell me, what roaches do I actually have?

If any are hybrids, please say what species bred to become them.

Nymphs

What the nymphs turned into. (these are not all my adults, but the rest match a roach pictured below.)

but the last picture sure lokks like Blaberus giganteus

how big are they?

The first 2 adult pictures are roaches the same size. The roach in the last picture is bigger than all the other roaches, and I have another like it.

It's extremely unlikely the giganteus crossed with the fusca/craniifer hybrids, you almost certainly just have 2 giganteus and some hybrids in the same group.

B.giganteus has very different male genitalia from the other two which is why a crossing is likely impossible. The fusca look sort of like giganteus which is why some people think the hybrids include giganteus lineage. fusca and craniifer have similar male genitalia and are considered different races of the same species by some taxonomists.

So not counting the last adult picture, you think they are fusca or craniifer? I know craniifer comes in black and the brown "european" form, mabye that is what I have?

They could just be normal B.fusca but they seem a little dark and the pure strain are less common than the hybrids.

Fortunately for the rest of us it shouldn't be physically possible but what possible benefit do you feel there would be in breeding B. giganteus with a smaller species? Can we see a picture of your B.giganteus?

So who sold you 'fusca' as B.giganteus and did you pay normal price ($3-5 a nymph)?

Well i'd rather not say but it's 2 people from here, and yes I was charged normal pricing $3-$5

The roaches are very healthy just the fact I didnt exactly get what I payed for.
