If your willing to wait, the easiest way to sex and not have doubts is by using a wet molt. Otherwise, get a light and a microscope and you may sex them right now.
Sexing through a molt and looking at the inners is the most accurate way, but if you know what you looking for (hair structure, etc), some people have been fairly successful doing that. I would never sex ventrally and sell my spiders sexed that way, sometimes the can be surprises!
