So the go to for water dishes are usually bottle caps and tattoo ink pots.

What I have started using though is mens Sure deodorant caps (thoroughly washed and rinsed). I'm in the UK but they are a worldwide brand. They are called Degree in the US and has other names for other parts of the world.

They hold 30ml of water and lightweight. They also have a texture to the surface which sticks to hot glue well, makes them ideal for Arboreal setups.

Tattoo ink cups for slings, milk bottle caps for bigger slings/small juveniles and 2oz-4oz deli cups for adults.

I tend to use whatever I have left over, I really like the few remaining small mealworm cups that are about 3oz for adults. I often also use old medication bottle tops for large slings/juvenilles.

I like wider and open over deeper and narrow. I use the saucers for placing under flower pots as they ate cheap, many colors and designs and I can get them in nearly any size.

Whatever works- that has only been in contact with water. Plastic absorb whatever it touches.

I use a lot of small ceramic from Daiso, and deep bottle caps or plastic golf tees for slings. My T. stirmi gets a ceramic pet bowl, one of my T albos has a peanut butter jar lid right now, and my juveniles or species that like to put garbage in the water have disposable gecko feeding cups (2 oz I believe).

I have three really nice, decently sized ceramic dishes for three of my terrestrials. My green bottle blue has an acrylic water dish. Sometimes I save small waxworm containers and clean them out to use as water dishes, which is what my P. Cambridgei has. The rest of my dishes are bottle caps, the clear caps off the tubes of cricket keepers, plastic water dishes that I use for my geckos, or (for my super small slings) the small caps off of some really skinny glitter tubes. I use whatever works.

I use the small exo terra reptile bowls for my larger T's, mainly since I have an abundance from so long of having reptiles. I also have sort of small glass bowls that work for juveniles, and usually small bottle caps for smaller T's.

I recently started 3d printing my water dishes. I can make them whatever size I want. I make them round or sometimes a 1/4 circle to fit in the corner depending on the enclosure. I use brown gradient filament so it blends in with the enclosure a bit.

Before that, I was using caps from various bottles and containers like most of the other posters.

Here's a picture of a tiny corner one I made for a sling.
