What was wrong with it?

Its last molt it got its adult colors, which was 3 months ago. Now I noticed it had been hanging outside its web lately and then it started walking around glass in a death curl yesterday. I assumed it was dehydrated and tried to give it water and noticed it mouth looked like it was covered with what appeared to be clear substance(i thought it was water but when i touched it was hard). Well I tried misting the enclosure thru out the day and kepping the water dish full with the T' mouth in contact withe water.
Well today i cheked on it and its dead, anyone have any idea why or what was going on with it?

I highly doubt it was walking around the tank in a death curl............ what species are we talking about?

well it wasnt exactly walking..

it was trying to walk, didnt make too much distance at all. It was a. versicolor, all it ever did was hide in its web until this weird behavior.
