Hello all! I was wondering how I would prepare sink water for a spider like this, or will the water from my local stream suffice? Should I use water bottle water?

If the water is good for the fish, then I think it will be fine for the spider. Watch out for mosquito larvae!
You might want to have a plan for how you will change the water (e.g. with a siphon) in case your tank starts getting foul.

Swamp water, straight from the source.
The creek gets somewhat swampy (for Arizona) and little fish, snails and other bugs live in it. Think this is close and safe enough? I just don’t know because it’s a totally different area where these are from.

Collecting water from a swamp may probably contain parasites but it will work. I'd personally just use tap water. If using tap water, add some aquarium water conditioner to it. Make sure the conditioner treats for both chlorine and chloramines (like prime or amquel)
You can also collect some rain water. Add some guppies/mosquito-fish to tackle any mosquito larvae and a simple air pump with an air stone or small sponge filter to keep the water cycled. There are also affordable submersible filters that would work well too.
