Mine aren't eating at all, I always leave them fresh vegetables every day and replenish it every morning but I notice they just nibble on the edges. Could my temps be too high? Right now its at 91 F

No, not all roaches will eat the same things.

Try high protein dry cat food or roach chow and see if they will mainly eat that.

Apples seem to be preferred by most roaches.

My E. posticus Orange Head roaches are the pickiest eaters I ever seen. They will not eat any vegetables or roach chow. The only thing they will eat is dry cat food, oranges, apples and roach jellies I bought off Amazon and that's it.

What's the humidity like? 91 desert heat is awful for them.
I'd say low 40s. I try to mist their enclosure every day and soak part of the substrate. I have a Ceramic heat emitter on them so it tanks the humidity for sure. I've dialed back on the temperature. Right now it's sitting at 84-85F in the egg crates where they hide. (I have my thermostat probe in there)

Mhmm thats interesting. I did mix dog food and oats in a blender and they did eat it. Maybe I'll try apples. I was surprised they left the oranges alone as I heard they go bonkers for them.

I set heatmat to 90 I try veggies and fruits. And mostly they like apples. My Dubia eat bread occasionally but the orange head roaches won’t touch it and aren’t a big fan of bananas.

Do Banana Burgers as I have said for the Hissers. 50/50 bananas/white bread. Sounds like your setup is perfect. Only do limited dog food, they are frugivores, they turn sugars into protein. Giving them escess protein can cause issues.

Room temp they will breed vigorously at. If you are rocking a hygrometer then go to 50+ humidity. Otherwise what you are comfortable with they will be too, no kidding. Just try to stop them from breeding. You won't be able to.
