What spider is this?

Just got back from camping and snapped a couple shots of this one..... and I haven't seen it before, so was quite curious.

just off the top of my head i'm going to guess some type of Hacklemesh Weaver?

Cool! And they range all the way up here? I found it on Salt Spring Island in British Columbia...
