What shouldn't I feed my roaches?

I currently have a B. Lateralis colony and a Dubia colony although my dubia colony is fairly new.

What types of food can I not feed them considering they're going to be fed to my Ts and scorpions?

Currently I'm feeding them left over fruits and vegs. I was wondering if feeding them certain types of food (citrus, etc.) would be bad for my other pets?

The list of what to feed them is probably shorter than the list of what not to feed them.

I use ground up, grain free puppy food with orange slices and the occasional carrot for my colonies...

I read that citrus is sometimes used as a means to keep spiders away so I was wondering if roaches would carry that effect if fed citrus fruits.
I also use dog food for them as a source of protein.

I would mainly avoid things that have pesticides, natural (anything from alders) or otherwise (many berries are coated in absurd amounts of chemicals), or that are especially acidic (such as tea bags).

Thanks,

I usually feed oranges, homegrown with no pesticides or chemicals. I also feed leftover from my tortoises like lettuce or organic fruits. Avoid acidic stuff like tomatoes. Oranges are fine but other citrus are super acidic. There is roach diet that’s super good. You can buy or make it. There’s videos by many keepers on it. I think northern exotics has some good ones.

If you want to list things like cement, yes. If you want to list actual foods, no.
They are roaches, they eat almost anything.
You can feed them leftover dinner, you can feed them meat, fish, vegetables, almost anything, they don’t really care as long as there are no leftovers 24-48 hours later. Blattacomposting is a thing. So don’t worry about the roaches too much.
The only thing ive had bad experiences with, is cat food. In some brands of cat food is an ingredient, i can’t recall the name right now, that can cause harm for roaches. This led to a serious die-off in my dubia-roach colony, every time i fed them cat food. Took me a few times to link the food to the deaths. Except that, don’t worry.

BUT the food for the roaches may play a role for the animals you feed the roaches to. An excess of protein-rich food can lead to a build up of uric acid in the roach, which is linked to gout in the joints of reptiles. Same with citrus fruits iirc. But if you only feed the roaches to your Ts and scorpions, this wont matter much.
