This animal seems to be in heavy pre-molt as well. They need to molt underground. If they don't molt for too long, they'll die. I suggest putting her in deep, damp substrate so she can construct a tunnel

maybe it's just me but it looks like some sort of asian thelyphonid, and the operculum looks more male with that v shape, likely easier to sex once it gets bigger
