I don't understand what you are asking. Do you think there is something wrong with it? I can't tell anything from that picture, exept that maybe it could use some different substrate, like peat moss or something.

Where is the discolouration you are talking about? Alot of T. blondi have some weird greyish colours on their abdomen, is this what you mean?

Guess who comes to the T. blondi show?... like you didn't expect me, right?

Your T looks normal. I don't see why you should fret. It sounds like it is eating like normal, topsoil is fine substrate, and whatever else. The color shouldn't worry you. I have had like tans, grey tans, and dark browns with red hair. This doesn't mean that there is something wrong.

You refered to your T. blondi as a he? If this is true... you might be in for some luck.

You'd be in luck because I have a nice large cycle of females you could breed him with. Ever see ants swarm a dying wasp? It would be like this, without the killing.

T. Blondi Problem

Well I don't see a problem if it's eating. Do you have a small enclosure that it can go into. Because T's get stressed out when there not it tight places. When they get bigger their molts tend to take a while beetween 2-3 months usually. When they molt they stop eating for a while, mine stopped for about 3 months and then the bald spot finally turned black after that it's usually 7-10 days, and then it was 2 months after that before it was eating anything. although mine is a little bigger about 7.5in. Good luck they are great Ts
