What is this spider, is it dangerous?

Hello,

In my workplace in England, United Kingdom, we ordered an item (consisting of metal frames and some fabric) from Australia and a couple of weeks after setting the item up (which gets left outside), we have noticed some small/baby spiders inside which have either crawled in or must have come over from Australia. Anyone know what this is?

Compare with Cyclosa conica slings (native to Europe).

Then I'm not too sure, cuz the closest thing I can find to it is a Steatoda Nobilis, but they usually make webs.
