Depends on what you consider weird. I was stund by a velvet ant as a child. (Dasymutilla occidentalis). An experience 20 years later I'd still like to avoid .

not weird back in 2000 at chino state prison i got bitten by some of those nikel sized(leg span) horse flies they got all over the yard there painful and drew blood

A small herd of horseflies/deer flies once chased me out of a wooded stream area. I jogged about 1/4 of a mile before they gave up. Very nasty. I had several welts from bites on my head and arms. These were not bees.

a lacewing larva went to town on me. it was cute so i just filmed it but then it started to get super itchy and @wizentrop laughed at my suffering. i ended up having a allergic reaction to the bloody thing and it took weeks to heal.

Horse and deer flies chased me around but I was somehow able to not get bit. However, I have been bitten by small diving beetles They could break skin. Also bitten by a mantis while handling one. It just nibbled me for some reason. I hope not to get bitten by any of my old worlds that would suck

Head butted but not bitten by a dragonfly. I went close to it and it just bumped my and went back to the same position as before
