A juv is like a tarantula in puberty.
Not quite an adult yet, but to big to be called a sling.

"Sling" = "Spiderling" ....so how many instars till a spiderling, isnt a spiderling anymore?...should be the Question?

and I say, in most sp, thats around the 4th instar...what does everyone think??

Whilst spiderling and adult terms are used by arachnologists the term juvenile is merely a hobby phrase, and therefore its a guess.
IMO "sling" is used for up to 4th moult with juvenile certainly used up to 7th moult after which it becomes sub-adult and then adult.
Trying to use sizes to describe the stages is bound to create errors as obviously there are huge size differences from the likes of H. nice to T. blondi. Even within the same genus there are variations in size, and Avics are no stranger to that. A well repeated example is that of the Naturalist Henry Walter Bates who travelling along the River Amazon found within a 1,000 mile stretch Avics that barely differed in size but the specimens were quite different when compared from the start to the end of his journey. So, habitat (and feeding) can obviously have a factor in size.

i kinda go by coloring...once a sling starts getting its adult colors, and reaches a certain size for its species then i consider it a juvie..

After the fourth instar, would definitely make most spiderling a juvenile in most species.
