what is the best way to clean a container for a mantis?

I want to transfer some growing orchid mantis into bigger containers... what is the best way to clean the containers to ensure that they are not dirty and full of bacteria? is simply rinsing with water the most effective method?

let me know your ideas to have a clean and sanitary environment for my orchids..thanks!

Clean it like anything else - detergent & warm water, rinsed well several times and dried. It is what I do for my inverts.
