I use water bottle caps for water dishes. Some time ago he burried his in webbing so I just always sprayed one side of the container and called it good. Tonight I actually dug the cap out and filled it with water again. About an hour later he came out of his hide and was doing this right over his water dish. Is he just grooming?

It looks like it is grooming, so no worries!

That enclosure/ water dish looks familiar though......... Ours used to bury its water dish, but then dig it out again every once in awhile. We would worry about adding moisture when it did dig it up, but otherwise we left it alone.
