What is considered 'excessive pacing'?

Probably a bit of a stupid question, but bare with me. I've had my tarantula for over 2 months now and more often than not she's just sitting around not doing anything, just like a T is meant to. Though I do occasionally see her doing laps around her enclosure usually for around 5-10 minutes each time before she finally finds a place to settle down. The T is about 15 cm in legspan and her enclosure is 36cm in length and 21cm in width. She's a Grammostola sp. "Maule", which to my knowledge and research has the same care requirements as the Chile Rose and looks very similar. I keep her at room temperature which is usually around 20-23c and her substrate bone dry, aside from her water dish of course.

Is a T walking around its enclosure for 10 minutes or more considered to be excessive pacing? It's not uncommon for her to sit in a particular spot for over 5-10 hours at a time, so it's not like she's excessively active. She has a got a hide in her enclosure, though she doesn't use it too often: she's normally just sprawled out on the substrate in the middle of the enclosure. I'm probably sweating over nothing, but I can't deny that I'm slightly worried.

It could be just familiarising itself with the enclosure boundaries.

Its tibial hooks actually, sorry i couldn't help but be nitpicky.:liar:

Hmmm, just imagined a tribe of Samoan-sized OBT's, that wouldn't be pleasant to stumble upon

Ok just checking. Wouldn't hurt to post pics though if possible.
I'll try and take some photos tonight or tomorrow if I can, though the only camera I have is a crappy in-built cell phone one. My T is currently sitting in a rather awkward position between her hide and water dish whilst grooming herself, so I can't really get any good shots of her at the moment anyway.

It could be just familiarising itself with the enclosure boundaries.
She's had a little over 2 months to settle into her enclosure however. She did used to be a lot more active for the first week I got her, she has settled down a bit now.

Sorry about the typo, though thanks for the correction.
OBTs are pretty much the only spider I'm scared of, I can't imagine myself ever owning one of those, lol.
