what can I use to wash my boa with?

She has crawled through some feces overnight and while I've washed the cage and given her a bath, it hasn't gotten rid of the smell. What can I use on the snake itself that won't harm or irritate it?

I may get shot down for this, but it's just my opinion:

I'm no expert, but I would think that any gentle soap (like dove, etc.) would be fine to use. I would be careful not to get anything near it's head, just to be safe. It might be a good idea to allow the snake to soak in some fresh clean water after you rinse it thoroughly.
