What can and can't I feed my roaches?

So I own warty glowspot roaches (Lucihormetica verrucosa) and I know from keeping isopods that there's certain things you shouldn't feed to them, like lemon fruits. But since isopods are crustaceans and roaches are insects they are quite a bit different so I wonder what would be bad for roaches in particular?

Also is there something they absolutely love?
I know mine really enjoy Repashy's Morning Wood in powder form to the point where they get their faces covered in it like they've been snorting cocaine, and they like to lick yoghurt off the lid.

I don't keep Lucihormetica verrucosa, but my dubia roaches and hissers love carrots, oranges, dog food, frosted flakes, oatmeal, and broccoli. I have never heard of any foods that are toxic to roaches. I think that the only problems would probably be from pesticides on the fruit or vegetables.
