I found some tiny, white mites in my aviculara aviculara’s enclosure.

Should I be concerned? What should I do?

Sorry about the picture it’s not that great but the but the white dot in the middle is the mite.

Harmless is small numbers, annoying to Ts in large numbers. Hard to avoid some, but they are attracted to moisture- I dry out my setups.

should be grain mites, they are sometimes infesting the oats in feedercolonies and hich a ride with the feeders you buy

only problem they cause is that they can annoy spiders if they occur in large numbers and decide to use them for transport (phoresy)

Since they are attracted to moisture I've seen people suggest putting in organic cucumber slices to attract the mites and then replacing the slices every few hours until their numbers dwindle. Might want to dispose of the old cucumber slices outside...
