What are these little dark 'worms' found in cricket haul?

Found these interesting critters in with my crickets. Not sure what they are, but they're a bit fuzzy with pale underbellies and have what looks like six legs.

Be careful beetles are better climbers them most things, go everywhere if you don't watch em I had some escape out my worms recently been finding them all.over the t room .
