What are these little circular bugs swimming around me tub with some plants from a pond.

Can you be a little more specific? Details like color, type of movement, and whether they're on the surface of the water or swimming under the water would really help. Even then, I don't think we can be sure without a picture. If they are small, circular, black, and swimming in small circles on the surface of the water they could be some type of whirligig beetle, although I'm not sure of their range or where you are located.

Approximate size?

They look like maybe some species of water mite, though it's hard to tell from these photos and without knowing the scale.

If they are indeed what I believe, then I guess that their size is about 1-2 mm. They are almost certainly ostracods and extremely similar (perhaps the same species?) in pattern to the ones I "keep" in a plastic container filled with aquarium water at the garden.
Oh yeah, I forgot about ostracods. That's a good guess. Would probably be easier to tell with a decent video, to see how they move.
