What are these in isopod enclosure?? Help please!

Sorry if i sound dumb but im freaked cause i have never seen these? They are multiple in my brand new isopod enclosure and i am scared if they are dangerous! Please help if you know what they are

Try and catch one is it a baby centipede or something??

I think they're Symphylans. They're a type of myriapod that eats detritus. From what I understand, they're harmless.

im gonna try to catch one to get a better look. i have no idea what it is but ill try and see the legs.
