What are these bugs in my bedroom?

Size is around 3 to 5 mm. They like to pop up during the dark. What are they? Thanks in advance.

HI, your picture isn't very clear. What color is it? Tan, gray, brown, reddish? Are there wings over the abdomen? Does the abdomen look flat? I understand that it is very small but can you use a magnifying glass to see if there is a mouth part that extends downward from the head? It does look like it could be a bedbug but I would hate to jump to that conclusion based on such a blurry picture. Like Arachnoenthusias says, waking up with reddish bumps may be a clue here. Try googling images of bedbugs to compare with your specimen

While the picture is not clear enough to get a good look at the bug, the antennae look too long for a bed bug. Consider, instead, one of the booklice - which are harmless little scavengers. It more toward gray and wingless. It look to be round to me. I had some bugs but those happen 1 week before i saw these.
