To Stop farting in my T room so much. My tarantulas like it, but it’s not good for their health in the long run.

Actually make a purchase, as I didn’t add any to my collection at all in 2021. I mainly want to keep adding more US Aphonopelma species. Other than that, finishing my Brachypelma collection is priority. Of course I’ll always leave room for surprise additions just in case a harpactira gigas or a Psalmopoeus ecclesiasticus somehow finds their way into my cart.

More breeding projects, it is something I enjoy the most about the hobby. The whole process is an amazing adventure for me.

Hmmmmm..... I always like to keep lofty goals but I don't like confining them to a yearly timeline (sometimes it's not even possible). I guess I would say of the goals that I have, the ones most likely to happen this year are build an automated rack of the prototype enclosures that control burrow temp/humidity that I partially revealed earlier in the month, finally acquire P. pennellhewlettorum for a future project, and to breed P. metallica again (successfully this time). In the realm of possibilities, it would be nice if I could find another male P. sp Akcaya or male P. sp Sabah Blue to continue those projects, or if I can finally find a male O. sp Ho Chi Minh DCF to get that project going.

Psalmopoeus sp alquitran is my only wish for 2022, but for January I already ordered some Heteropoda lunula and boiei slings from a friend 😜

I always write my resolutions in the new year and back date them once accomplished, much easier to achieve them that way.

no resolutions, though maybe see if I can go a year without an add. @ present I am on negative growth, I added 1, but sold 2

Please, please, please tell me they're starting to actually become more established in the hobby. I think the male(s) that were imported into the US have long since passed and I never heard any news on if they were successful. Likewise, I also saw that spidersworld.eu had a mature pair back in 2018 and I never saw or heard of any slings offered. Honestly, I thought they went the way of Stromatopelma cf satanas and kind of fizzled out of captivity :( .

Mine is to find eucratoscelus pachypus. I actually had only a net gain of seven tarantulas this last year. I would prefer to keep that number even lower this next year. There are a handful I would like to add, and I have a few to sell yet.
