What a day.. New Cham and MVB blows

Well bought my first cham set the tank up like the care sheets said. Was using an exoterra with fake plants. Had the dang thing two days and it died. Glad I didn't order more last night. LPS who keeps them told me one of the easier chams to keep. 23.00 gone.

The Hercules (spelling) beetle I've had three weeks died today too. Ok so I knew it was going to die. I got it from a friend who is an entomologist that said it'll only live a couple weeks but here their neat.

Then the brand new MVB bulb from LLLReptiles just blew out in the beardie tank. Not their fault of course but stinks I dropped all that money waited forever to get it and it worked all of a day and a half. Hooked it up to timer. Black light and MVB went off fine. Rest the timers and turned them back on and click click click no MVB bulb. So now I get to spend more money on lights. Now I'll be running the reptile sun tubes. Maybe that won’t blow up.

Not to mention the T molted out yesterday.

Well at least the tarantula molted. Everyone has bad days i heard its good to have bad days so many times a year dont know if its true or not but yea.

it's better to have bad luck cause when ppl have good luck they repeat over and over what worked for them which eventually backfires because they don't try to switch it up. Bad luck is better to have cause it attracts better luck within a week.

I sure hope so. No the T molt was bad too. I breed her in April so now I get to start all over. I did acquire a second free very pretty King snake though not the high white I wanted but another Aberrant 12". What a cutey Now to tame it down. It has a bit of an attitude. LOL.

Edited to say lol. Light works timer kicked on tonight and I had left the light pluged in and on so bulb wont work when hot. LMAO. Wow look I learned something new. (Blush) never had a light do that before thats pretty cool.

I did something stupid with a heat lamp's light bulb once. Was going to change the bulb to one that was better but didn't wait long enough for it to cool. It slips out of my hand over the dragon's pond and BOOM!

Luckily, Godzilla wasn't near the pond. Sure made him turn his eye in that direction though. :8o
