Man she was a mean mean girl!

Nope different female. I was not going to waste a male on a female that had already produced and had not molted since. The little man did get an insert before he was murdered so I guess I can still hope.Dang ryan! That sucskWas this the same female that gave you your recent sac?
Sigh.......sadly I missed the insert I was trying to get that shot for you but I had to put the camera down because I sensed danger. Well I was right but not fast enough! :wall:Ouch. You shoulda put a warning in that header: "Berta do not click unless you wanna see your spider get et!"
Sigh... the circle of life.
Fingers crossed that something comes of that one insert.

Hope all you want, it happens. My Brazilian black and white is as tame as they come and she snatched her dude up right as he pulled out. It was a slow death and it sucked to watch it happen but it is a natural part of mating. As the saying goes "hope for the best... Expect the worst."Ouch dude.... Thats one thing I am not hoping to avoid when I start making bredding attempts.
In my experience certain species are more apt to eat the males. GBB's are one of those species. In your experience, is man-eating (har har) totally random, or do certain females seem more likely to do it? Just curious.
