I found a strange looking spider while My girlfriend and I were out bug hunting around her house. It looks like it may be a member of the therididae family. I is a milky white maybe 1inch max legspan and on the back of it's abdomen are two pink zigzagging stripes that run laterally. And she was gravid. Her eggs have hatched and I'm decideing on keeping a few before I release them all where I found them. Any idea what I may have? I'm in Rhode Island. I found her among a bunch of overgrown wild violets and she is not, I repeat not a crab spider. Don't request a picture please because I cannot give one.
