Weird cyst or bulge or something busted....

I've had my H. spinifer for well over a year now and near where her last left leg was there was always a bulge and a black spot, like a scab. I was like well that's not ideal but nothing seemed to change until just now. I saw her out and i saw hemolymph coming out of that area and I took her out and put cornstarch on it. She's not lethargic and it was only a drop (that I saw) so I'm hoping she pulls through and it doesn't get worse. I'm pretty sure she's an adult as she hasn't molted in the time I've had her. She's always been a fat fudge even though i rarely feed her and well I think I've done all I can do? Anyone ever dealt with this?

Sorry guys, I couldn't get any pics. Just wanted to update that she's all fine now, hasn't bled anymore and she's acting normal.
