weird "cricket" what did i see?

while i was at work i spotted a bug i'd never seen before. i wish i had pics but i'll just have to describe it

it was small, about half the size of a cricket you'd get for fishing or whatever. it's body looked like a cricket. it was cricket color (tan) except for the top of its body which was red (i think, may have been orange)

it had no wings. its antennae were approx 4" which was the most bizarre thing about its appearance

any ideas?

nobody has seen anything like this one before? i forgot to mention i live in central indiana if that helps

it was probably a juvenile cricket. juvenile crickets often look like crickets with no wings. infact, they are crickets without wings come to think of it. they often have a slight orangish color as well.

burnt by the sun....... hmmmm...... grindcore..... havent listened to them in a long time. im more fond of nasum myself. but i dig burnt by the sun. good stuff.

Did it have really long legs,longer than a normal cricket?

NASUM Sweden does it right! guitarist is dead btw, the Thailand tidal wave got him. Maybe juvenile cricket, or tree crickets are in full swing too. Pic would be awesome...oh and early Napalm Death is great grindcore.
