Wax worms

Hey all,

I want to set up a wax worm culture, but I'm having the hardest time finding bran. I went to a feed store today and they didn't have it.

Would an oat-honey mixture work just as well as the bran-honey one?

I suppose I could just try it and see....

You could try the supermarket cereal section.

I get mine from a "scoop shop" up the road from me. The shop sells all dried goods like spices and cereals, which are stored in bins which you measure out with a plastic scoop (hence name). If you can find one of those sort of shops near you it'll be a sure bet I'd say, and it'd probably be the cheapest option too.
