Wattage

I got a new cage today, a very nice and big one at that, it's approx. 6'L x 3'D x 2'H. Now the question is, what size wattage bulb would be good to keep one side roughly 110-115 on one side and 80-90 on the other?

your gonna need more than 1 heating device.


no 1 bulb is gonna heat that whole tank

Well for summer it will, it gets pretty hot. I'm just thinking about winter, I'll probably have to install more sockets. Thanks.

Halogen floodlights work great for larger cages. You can get a lot of heat out of moderate wattage.

The ones from like Homdepot and what not? What wattage you suppose I get?
