Water Dilemma

Hello! I'm going to get 2 male hissers in Feb, but not sure what the best way to get them water is.
I've found things that say water crystals are the best but not sure about those. I've also seen the cotton ball in a bottle cap but those don't seem like they'd give the roaches enough hydration. Which would you go with?
(For humidity I'm planning on just spraying the cage a couple times a day. Can they just drink the droplets?)

They will drink droplets on the sides, but as long as you provide some fruits and veggies a couple few times a week you won't need an additional water source.
