Want tips for caring for new tailless whip scorpion: temperature and feeding

Hi! I got a lil confused where to post this since these bugs aren't actually spiders or scorpions so I put it here. Hope that's okay!

I just got a tailless whip scorpion and have 2 questions I can't find elsewhere:
1. How often do I feed it crickets?
2. Is it okay to leave at least 1 cricket in there always (besides when it needs to molt)?
3. What temperature is good for whips?? My house is much much colder than "normal" house temps (I mean VERY cold) and I can't find a straight answer anywhere. I have a heating pad for the terrarium but I don't want to overheat them. Is around 75 F a good average temperature or too hot?

Also, I just got it, so should I wait before feeding it or go ahead and give it crickets?
