I’m thinking about getting a macroctenus/ctenidae spider someday in the future, but the name “wandering spider” makes me wonder how big, exactly, an enclosure would have to be. Does anyone who keeps one have some pictures/descriptions of their enclosures? Thanks!

They wander a lot. Give them lots of room to explore.

Macroctenus kingsleyi guarding egg sac. And have bred Piloctenus haematostoma in same size plastic container. L 15" W 9" H 11" filled with 2" deep substrate of organic potting soil with sphagnum moss mixed in.
