My local petshop is owned by my uncle what a coincidence right i just learned about it last week and since im related to him he offered me his 30$ T.Albo for 17$ its a mf too should i get it.. Tarantulas are extremely cheap in the Philippines, But illegal idk how he sells these without even a permit my other Uncle who is a lawyer said that the law of keeping exopets is like driving without a license so what do you guys think?

Report your criminal uncle to your law abiding uncle and collect the reward money! Then you can buy twice as many T's!

Common sense must be illegal too how is a harmless animal outlawed?
Are rabbits outlawed also ?

If you ever get caught they wont arrest you theyll just take all your Ts then after, they will either ship them too their country of origin or leave them to die in their own facilities 🥲

So I'm gonna give you this late news it is legal but it needs to be shipped legally to know that their captive bred with a permit but all existing ts before the law have been captive bred and imported from the US so it's such a waste the country already has a big community before this importing law was established so every tarantula that existed before the law is illegal also the permit is very pricey it's 5x per adult tarantula.. also 90% of the keepers keep illegally here it's = to selling tobacco products to minors it isn't taken seriously
